On Saturday June 4, 2011 at approximately 4:19 p.m., an investigation led to the arrest of Zhang Yong for the possession and sale of pirated DVDs and CDs – a violation of New Jersey Anti-Piracy Act and Trademark Counterfeiting.
Zhang Yong, age 46 of Flushing, NY was placed under arrest and charged with 2C:21-21 (NJ anti-piracy), and 2C:21-32(c) (NJ Trademark Counterfeiting). Mr. Yong was committed to Union County Jail in lieu of $15,000.00 bail pending a Union County Superior Court date of June 15, 2011.
