Woodside Gardens Property Check Results In CDS Arrest

On May 22, 2011 while conducting a property check of Woodside Gardens Patrolman Richard Gaylord observed a double parked vehicle on the 500 block of Pinewood Avenue. Officer Gaylord observed the vehicle occupied by one (1) male, identified as Issac Rojas. An investigation resulted in the discovery of a bag with a substance believed to be marijuana.

Mr. Rojas, age 23 of Elizabeth, NJ was placed under arrest and charged with 2C:35-10(a)(4) (possession of CDS) and 2C:36-2 (drug paraphernalia), 39:3-29 (failure to provide a drivers license), 39:4-138(m) (double parked), 39:4-49.1 (CDS in a motor vehicle).

Mr. Rojas was released pending a Roselle Park Municipal Court date on May 26, 2011.
