On July 13, 2012, Jade Glinka, age 21 of Kenilworth, was found sleeping behind the wheel of her illegally parked vehicle on the 200 block of Locust Street. Patrolman Richard Gaylord stopped to investigate and detected the odor of suspected marijuana and alcohol coming from within the car. A search of the vehicle revealed a metal grinder and cigarette rolling papers. Glinka was found to be impaired due to alcohol consumption and was charged with DWI and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
