Next month, four Saturdays from now, joggers, runners, and walkers will have an opportunity to take a stroll around the borough in support of military servicemen and women.
Roselle Park’s first USO 5K Run/Walk will be on Saturday, May 5th. The event will start at 9:30 a.m. at Herm Shaw Field in the Roselle Park High School Athletic Complex.
Registration begins at 8:15 a.m.
No registration fee is required and those who take part can start a team, join a team, join as an individual, or family then set a fundraising goal.
All funds raised go to support the programs and services provided by the USO to military servicemen and women in uniform throughout New Jersey.
