On July 17th at approximately 3 a.m., Sgt. Dominick Frino stopped a 2003 Ford for traffic violations on Locust Street. The driver, Royal J. Haywood Jr, was arrested for DWI and numerous traffic violations. A passenger, Laquanna White, 20 years old of Parlin, NJ was arrested on a $500 Linden warrant. A third occupant, Keshawn Allen, age 22 of Rahway, was arrested on a $139 warrant from Linden.
White and Allen were processed then turned over to the Linden Police Department. Haywood was processed then released.
