Patrolman Michael Smith responded to the 500 block of Pinewood Avenue on a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle. The victim stated he parked his vehicle, a 2005 4-door Honda on Pinewood Avenue at 10 p.m. on September 26, 2010. When he returned to the vehicle at 7:45 a.m. on September 27, 2010, he found that the front driver’s side window had been broken out with an unknown object. The victim stated a Tom Tom GPS unit, valued at $250, had been taken.
