Third Annual Hispanic Heritage Festival On May 19th

Roselle Park will be having its third Annual Hispanic Heritage Festival on Saturday, May 19th at Roselle Park High School from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The event will celebrate various cultures of Hispanic countries including Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, and Uruguay.

The free event is intended to celebrate the rich history of Hispanic/Latino culture through a diverse celebration that includes free traditional food, performances, live music, and more.

Free food from various Latino cultures will be served from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. There will be performances by Ballet Miss Peru Afro, Grupo Mutlicultural Kali, Grupo Otto Show, Grupo Balcon Andino, Sabor Boricua Plena Group, Catherine 1034 Comparsa Lubola, and Linda Luna starting at 7:00 p.m. in the high school gymasium.

Refreshments for the festival will be provided by the Roselle Park Education Association (RPEA), Casano Center Association, El Tiburon, Rocky’s Restaurant, El Tumi Restaurant, La Casa De Rosita, Carbonazo Restaurant, Hugo’s Restaurant, Taino’s Kitchen, Crystal Barber Shop, Carmen Tailor, Nealtican Restaurant, and El Rancho Dorado.
