On September 10, 2012, 10:44 a.m., Detective Hussam Assad arrested Chadler Joseph, 19 of Roselle Park, for Theft/Receiving Stolen Property. Joseph was found in possession of a stolen iPhone that was taken from a Larch Street residence on August 30, 2012. Joseph was released pending an appearance in Union County Superior Court.
