Suspicious Intoxicated Male Report Ends In CDS Arrest

Last Friday, February 19th, at approximately 4:43 in the afternoon, Patrolman Richard Gaylord conducted a pedestrian stop on a male on Locust Street after receiving reports of an intoxicated suspicious male in the area.

The pedestrian, Louis Belviso, age 38 from Roselle Park, was reportedly found to be in possession of various controlled dangerous substances (heroin, suboxone, clonazepam, methadone, oxycodone). He was arrested and charged with five (5) counts of Possession of CDS.

He was lodged into the Union County Jail on $25,000 bail.
