On March 20, 2011 at 5:20 p.m., a resident reported upon returning home on the night of March 19th at 9:30 p.m., he noticed that three (3) decorative solar powered lamps were missing from his lawn. On March 20, 2011 at 4 p.m., he noticed that one (1) more light was missing and that one (1) had been damaged. The resident estimated the value of the lamps to be approximately $25.
