On October 27, 2010 at 11:25 a.m., Patrolman James Cantrell responded to 137 Chestnut Street (World Of Liquor) on a report of a shoplifting that had occurred the previous night, October 26th at 9 p.m.
Upon arrival, the manager explained that upon reviewing video security footage he observed two (2) actors enter the store and steal two(2) bottles of alcohol.
The first actor was a white female approximately 5′ 6″ in her early to mid-20s, with blonde or dirty blonde hair wearing all dark clothing (likely black), carrying a large dark-colored purse.
The second actor is a black male approximately 6′ 3″ in his early to mid 20s, wearing baggy blue jeans, and a black t-shirt with some type of light-colored design on the front, and a black jacket.
The images then show the female go to a shelf and remove a bottle of Grey Goose vodka, valued at $29.09 and place it into her purse. During the same time period the black male actor is seen in another aisle taking a bottle of Remy Martin valued at 79.99 and place it in an inside pocket of his jacket.
He is then seen going to another shelf where he takes a bottle of Ciroc vodka valued at $54.99 and again conceal it in his jacket.
The male and female can then be seen leaving the store without paying for the merchandise.
