Search Warrant Results In Possession With Intent To Distribute Arrest Of RP Resident

Yesterday, at around 8:45 in the morning, officers from the Roselle Park Police Department (RPPD) executed a search warrant on the 400 block of Woodland Avenue. This warrant resulted from a narcotic investigation led by RPPD Detective Edward Nortrup.

Bryan A. Ramirez, age 21 from Roselle Park, was arrested at his residence and charged with three (3) counts possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute, three (3) counts possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of controlled dangerous substances with intent to distribute while within 1,000 feet of a school, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The c.d.s. – according to police – were LSD, hallucinogenic mushrooms, and marijuana.

Mr. Ramirez was ultimately lodged into the Union County Jail on $75,000 bail that was set by Roselle Park Municipal Court Judge Gary Bundy.
