RPPD To Hold Neighborhood Watch Meeting On August 18th

The Roselle Park Community Oriented Police (COP) Unit will be holding its first Neighborhood Watch meeting on Friday, August 18th, at 7 p.m. in the Roselle Park Municipal Courtroom.

The information session is open to the public and anyone interested is welcomed to attend. The meeting will consist of a brief presentation followed by an open forum discussion to address any questions or concerns.

There will be light refreshments served.

At the conclusion of the meeting, a Ring video doorbell will be given away. Each resident who attends will receive a chance to win the Ring video doorbell, valued at $199. More information can be found at Ring.com (link).

“I think it is extremely important for the police department and the residents to work together and have open communication to address crime and other quality of life issues, commented Roselle Park police officer Greg Polakoski of the Community Policing Unit, “The neighborhood watch program is one such way we can achieve this.”
