On September 10, 2011 officers from the Roselle Park and Elizabeth Police Departments participated in the Fallen Heroes 5-K Memorial Run in Lake Como, NJ. The run, sponsored by the NJFMBA (New Jersey State Firefighters’ Mutual Benevolent Association) , provides assistance to firefighters and police officers injured in the line of duty.
