The Roselle Park Police Department (RPPD) have released security camera photographs of a vehicle of interest with regard to a truck that struck and damaged the Park Theatre marquee on April 18th.
The vehicle is described as a large box truck with a yellow front cab with white placard on the front doors with lettering. It may have damage to the top passenger side of the box.
The truck may have stopped curbside in the area of West Westfield Avenue at Chestnut Street just prior to 10:20 a.m. on Friday, April 18, 2014.
The theatre recently started the process of being renovated to be opened later this year. Jared Pietz, one of the business partners renovating the local landmark stated, “Things are going well. We aren’t letting the truck hitting the front stop us.”
Anyone with information can contact the RPPD at (908) 245-2300.
