RP Resident Arrested On Active Warrants

At 2:30 p.m. on April 3rd, Patrolman James Kompany stopped a pedestrian for acting suspiciously near the back door of 218 Chestnut Street. Christian A. Ortegon-Sanchez, a 25 year-old Roselle Park resident, was found to have several active traffic and criminal warrants including a $1,000 traffic warrant from Roselle Park Municipal Court. Ortegon-Sanchez was arrested and transported to RPPD where he was processed then lodged into the Union County Jail pending an appearance in the Roselle Park Municipal Court.
