On January 18, 2011, Hector Rodriguez, age 30, of Roselle Park, was arrested following an investigation of a suspicious person walking northbound on the 100 block of Locust Street. Rodriguez was found to be in possession of three (3) clear plastic zip-lock bags containing suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Rodriguez was charged with 2C:35-10(a)(4) (possession of marijuana) and 2C:36-2 (possession of drug paraphernalia) and released pending a Roselle Park Municipal Court date of January 27, 2011.
