On May 29, 2011 at 12:36 p.m., a victim called 911 reporting an apparent road rage incident in the area of the 10 block of East Westfield Avenue. The suspect’s vehicle was described as a red Kia. The suspect was described as an older white male approximately 6′ tall.
Patrolman James Cantrell advised the suspect and the victim of the procedure to file a complaint of simple assault.
