On Friday, September 21st, at 1:21 a.m., Roselle Park Police responded to 500 block of East Westfield Avenue for a report of a dispute. Patrolman Matthew Hopkins found Tuncay Cosar, 41, of Roselle Park, at the scene. A brief investigation resulted in Cosar being arrested for Harassment. He was released pending an appearance in Roselle Park Municipal Court.
