On Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at 4:10 p.m., a resident on the 100 block of East Clay Avenue reported criminal mischief to their vehicle. The victim stated that their 1993 Toyota was damaged. The car was parked on Sunday, December 26, 2010 at 11:30 p.m. and when they returned that next morning on December 27th at 5 a.m., they observed that the vehicle was damaged. Patrolman Robert Harms observed two (2) large dents on the roof of the vehicle, the rear antenna was bent twice, the driver-side mirror was ripped off, and both windshield wipers were ripped off.
