Police Seek Information Regarding Burglary & Robbery

On Thursday, October 30th, Roselle Park Police Department (RPPD) officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Galloping Hill Road at 6:09 in the evening on a report of a burglary. The victim reported that sometime during the day, unknown suspect(s) attempted to enter through the first floor windows, ultimately forcing entry to the front door, and removing personal property. The following Thursday, November 6th, at approximately 7:15 p.m., a 25-year-old female reported she was walking on Locust Street at Westfield Avenue when she was robbed. The female reported that she was walking home from Roselle when two (2) individuals approached her from behind, shoved her, and stole of her pocketbook. She described the actors as two (2) black males, over six feet tall, between the age of 20-25 wearing dark clothing, and winter hats.
