On October 26th, 2016 at approximately 1:16 a.m., Patrolman William Hannon conducted a motor vehicle stop on a 2008 Nissan on Faitoute Avenue for a moving violation. The driver of the vehicle, Keith Morrison, was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was placed under arrest and charged with Possession Of CDS and drug paraphernalia. He was issued a summons as well as motor vehicle summonses and released with a court date.
