Police Activity Report (March 4 – 6, 2013)

Lance R. Stuart , 24 of Farmingdale, New York was arrested on February 25th by Patrolman Marino for possession of marijuana after police stopped a roofing truck in response to a complaint about a roofing scam at a residence on Sheridan Avenue. Stuart, a passenger in the vehicle, was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Miguel Fuentes, 34 of Passaic, was arrested by Patrolman Cantrell after his overweight truck was observed traveling over the Walnut Street bridge. Fuentes was found to have a $976 warrant from Clifton Municipal Court. He was turned over to Clifton Police.

Somali Abdus-Salaam, 21 of Roselle, was arrested by Patrolman Gaylord during a traffic stop. Abdus-Salaam was found to have $1,577 in warrants from Roselle and Woodbridge. She was also found to be in possession of suspected marijuana.

Deborah Petock, 23 of Roselle Park, was arrested by Patrolman White during a traffic stop. Petock was found to have a $500 Linden warrant.

Luis M. Segura-Vargas, 41 of Dover, was arrested by Patrolman Breuninger for $2,350 warrants from Hopatcong, Dover, and Whippany courts. Hopatcong Police responded and took custody of Segura-Vargas.

March 5, 2013

At 9:40 a.m., Adriano Torres. 53 of Roselle, was arrested by Sergeant Frino during a traffic stop on Galloping Hill Road. Torres was charged with contempt of court after he was found to have warrants from the Rahway Municipal Court. Torres was released after posting bail.
At 11:15 p.m., Edmund Fahoury, III, 22 of Roselle Park, was arrested at Roselle Park Police Department after he turned himself in on a warrant from Middletown Township. Fahoury was later released into custody of the Middletown Township Police Department.
