Police Activity Report (June 30 – July 6, 2015)

June 30, 2015

At approximately 1:42 a.m., Sergeant Michael Wielgus conducted a motor vehicle stop on a 2003 Lexus on Chestnut Street for a moving violation. The driver of the vehicle, Jeanbapti E. Lefevre, age 29 from Roselle, was arrested for possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Lefevre was charged with Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released with a summons.

July 1, 2015

At approximately 1:21 a.m., Patrolman Dean Khallaf conducted a motor vehicle stop on a 2008 Nissan on West Westfield Avenue for a suspended registration. The driver of the vehicle, Domonique A. Muse, age 25 from Irvington, and passenger, Wanzell M. Ellison, age 26 from Newark, were found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Both were arrested and charged with Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Failure to Turn Over CDS to Police. Both were released on a summons with a future court date.

July 4, 2015

At approximately 10:51 p.m., Patrolman Mitchell White conducted a motor vehicle stop on a 2007 Ford on Chestnut Street for a parking violation. The passenger of the vehicle, Dorian Ware, age 19 from Irvington, was found to be in possession of an alcoholic beverage and was charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was released from the scene on a summons with a future court date.

July 5, 2015

At approximately 10:55 p.m., Roselle Park police officers responded to the Roselle Park Train Station on a report of a disorderly person on the train. Upon arrival they were advised that a female identified as Tysheinna L. Coleman, age 21 from Edison, was cursing and acting in a belligerent manner towards the other passengers. It was reported that Ms. Coleman refused to disembark upon the request of the conductor of the New Jersey Transit train. She was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and physically resisted during the arrest. During the transport to police headquarters, Ms. Coleman allegedly kicked the rear windows and doors of the patrol vehicle and spit bodily fluid within the vehicle. She was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Criminal Mischief. She was released with a summons with a future court date.

July 6, 2015

At approximately 2:56 a.m., Patrolman Matthew Hopkins conducted a motor vehicle stop on a 2006 Hyundai for an expired registration. The driver of the vehicle, Kingsley O. Enyiorji, age 18 from Piscataway, was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana, an alcoholic beverage, and a fraudulent driver’s license. Mr. Enyiorji allegedly refused to exit the vehicle upon request by police and resisted his arrest. He was arrested for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Underage Possession of Alcohol, Obstruction, Resisting Arrest, Possession of Fraudulent Document, and Driving While Intoxicated (DWI). He was released on a summons with a future court date.
