At 5:30 p.m., Ifeoma Scott was arrested at Roselle Park Police headquarters on a warrant issued by the Roselle Park Municipal Court. Ifeoma Scott, 22, of Irvington, posted bail and was released.

At 4:30 p.m., Patrolman James Kompany responded to 9 West Westfield Avenue and arrested an employee, William D. Geltzeiler, 22, of Westfield for possessing a pill bottle containing suspected marijuana and a glass pipe containing suspected marijuana residue.
October 21, 2012
At 3:45 a.m., Marc A. Eichler, 52, of Short Hills was stopped for traffic violations on West Westfield Avenue by Patrolman Dean Khallaf. Eichler was arrested on a Contempt of Court warrant from Newark. During processing at Roselle Park police headquarters, Khallaf found a glass pipe commonly used to ingest “crack” cocaine, hidden in Eichler’s shoe. Eichler was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was released after posting bail.
At 1:04 p.m., Ivan Retif, 29, of Teaneck was arrested for Contempt of Court after Patrolman Mitchell White located a warrant from the Teaneck Municipal Court. White had stopped Retif for traffic violations in the 100 block of Sherman Ave. Retif was released after posting bail.
At 3:21 p.m., Joery Moise, 23, of Brooklyn, NY was arrested by Patrolman Kostantinos Vathianakis for Possession of Marijuana and Hindering Apprehension. During a traffic stop near Gordon Street, Moise initially identified himself as Michael Edwards. According to the report, Vathianakis soon discovered that Moise had lied about his identity. He then found that Moise was in possession of a small amount of suspected marijuana. Moise was processed at Roselle Park Police headquarters and later released.

At 11:11 p.m., William S. Boyd Jr, 28, of Newark was arrested on warrants from Newark and Linden Municipal courts during a traffic stop on Gordon Street. Boyd was released into the custody of the Linden Police Department.
October 23, 2012
At 1:59 a.m., Eric Arreaga, 20, of Union, was stopped for traffic violations on Galloping Hill Road. During the stop, Patrolman Alexander Lanza observed a plastic bottle containing drug paraphernalia. Lanza found several empty small Ziplock baggies, dryer sheets, and cash along with a small amount of suspected marijuana. Arreaga was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug paraphernalia.
At 2:28 a.m., Kyle T. Clover, 29, of Kenilworth was stopped on West Westfield Avenue at Gordon Street for traffic violations. During the roadside investigation, Sergeant Dominick Frino found Clover to be under the influence of alcohol. Clover was arrested at the scene for DWI. As Frino and Patrolman Richard Gaylord were securing Clover in the police vehicle, Clover became combative and refused to enter the vehicle and tried kicking the door open. The officers used pepper spray to gain control of the Clover. He was processed at RPPD and later released to a family member.
While on patrol at approximately 8 p.m., Patrolmen Matthew Hopkins and Richard Gaylord observed a 2001 Honda commit several traffic violations on Faitoute Avenue. They followed the vehicle and stopped it at West Colfax Avenue. According to police reports, while speaking to the 20-year-old driver, Juan Reyes-Rijo of Elizabeth, Hopkins observed an open beer container on the floor behind the driver. He also observed a bottle of Hennessy Cognac in the car. The roadside investigation revealed Reyes-Rijo was consuming alcohol but was not impaired. He was arrested for Underage Possession of Alcohol and later released pending an appearance in Roselle Park Municipal Court.
