“Roselle Park In Spring – Bloomin’ Beautiful!”, a group exhibit of photographs by Roselle Park residents, will be on display at the Casano Community Center Art Gallery through August 17, 2012 with a reception to meet the artists on July 18, 2012 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Five residents from Roselle Park responded with a total of 15 photographs of spring scenes from around town:

“It’s like walking through a flower garden! Some of these close-ups of roses and irises are spectacular. Summer heat won’t wilt these beauties,” commented the exhibit’s curator, Leona M. Seufert.
There will be a Best of Show award and a Peoples’ Choice award. The Casano Community Center and the Art Gallery hours are Monday – Thursday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday till 5 p.m. The Art Gallery is located in the Casano Community Center on 314 Chestnut Street.
The mission of the Art Gallery is to give Roselle Park residents a venue to display their artistic works and connect with the community at large. The Art Gallery accepts work only from Roselle Park residents and must be two-dimensional, no sculpture or jewelry will be accepted.
