Almost 600 students – 30% of the school district’s population – whose parents have not completed the re-registration process for the 2011-2012 school year will have the opportunity to do so during the week of August 29th.
From August 29th till September 2nd, parents will be able to go to the Roselle Park High School (RPHS) – located at 185 West Webster Avenue – from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., regardless of what school their child goes to, and re-register in the high school guidance office.
After that, once school starts, parents/custodians will be required to re-register at the school their child attends. Students will not be provided with school schedules nor will they be permitted to participate in co-curricular activities until such time as the re-registration process which will prove that a student and family legally live in the borough.
Brough-wide re-registration occurs every five (5) years which confirms the residency of new students as well as those already attending Roselle Park schools. Further information and relevant forms are posted on the school district’s web site (link).
