A monthly poetry night titled “Painting With Words” will hold its début tomorrow night, January 26th, from 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the Roselle Park Art Gallery. The event premieres in conjunction with a current exhibit of calligraphy, “Poems That Touch the Heart”, by Roselle Park resident Ed Beissel and will be hosted by Roselle Park’s Poet Laureate, Leona M. Seufert.
“This poetry night will be a way for individuals to be learn about poetry, enjoy listening to poetry, and discover how to write it,” stated Ms. Seufert.
Additional, there will be an opportunity for attendees to read their own poems.
The Art Gallery is part of the Casano Community Center, which is located at 314 Chestnut Street.
