The only ordinance slated for a vote by the governing body at tonight’s municipal meeting is Ordinance 2502 which is entitled An Ordinance Amending Chapter II, Article IV, Section 40 of the Code of the Borough of Roselle Park Entitled, “Roselle Park Arts Committee”.
The ordinance increases the number of members from seven to nine. This municipal law would put the Arts Committee in line with other committees, most of which have nine members.
As of tonight, the Roselle Park Arts Committee will have six members with the resignation of Jenny Lichtenwalner. If passed, there will be three seats available for the committee.
The public hearing and vote for Ordinance 2502 will be tonight during the Mayor & Council meeting at Borough Hall which is located at 110 East Westfield Avenue.
