NJ Transit has announced that is hosting a “We Are Listening” forum at Penn Station New York (PSNY) tomorrow, May 22nd from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The public transportation corporation is conducting the event to invite “customers to interact with senior management and operations personnel” and “to speak directly to NJ Transit’s Executive Director Kevin Corbett, general managers of operations, and senior level staff.”
Roselle Park train commuters can ask questions pertinent to the borough such as the status of an around-the-clock one-seat ride to and from Manhattan, train station repairs & renovations, and the commuting experience as a whole on NJ Transit.
These forums, along with customer surveys, are part of NJ Transit’s “Scorecard” initiative which is designed to provide the public with a measurement of how the transportation system is performing.
The forum is scheduled to take place at the elevator concourse waiting area of Penn Station New York in Manhattan.
