On September 2nd, Lamar Sadler, age 25 of Newark, was arrested by Patrolman Rapach during a traffic stop on West Westfield Avenue. According to reports, officer Rapach stopped a 1998 Honda for traffic violations and found the driver, Sadler, in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
