Roselle Park’s annual Memorial Day ceremony will be held at 1 p.m. Monday afternoon on the front grounds of the Roselle Park Veterans Memorial Library Grounds. The ceremony, which customarily held before 12 p.m. to coincide with the raising of the American flag from half to full-staff at noon, was delayed due to the availability of some participants.
