Roselle Park Mayor Carl Hokanson will be holding his last Meet & Greet of the year on Monday, December 28th, from 6 p.m. till 8 p.m. at Costa’s Restaurant.
This will complete Mayor Hokanson’s first year of informal gatherings as mayor but he has been holding such meetings every since he was elected Council-At-Large half a decade ago.
Residents are invited to attend and ask the mayor questions, provide suggestions, get clarification, and make observations away from the confines of a municipal meeting.
There will be free pizza and refreshments.
In part meetings residents have discussed topics that range from the revaluation to business development to road repair to train station renovations, just to name a few.
Costa’s Restaurant is located at 120 Chestnut Street. There is free parking available on across the street in the municipal parking lot.
