Man Arrested On CDS & “No Bail” Warrant

On November 5, 2010 at 10:52 a.m., Patrolman Joshua Medrano observed a black Chevrolet parked/occupied at the intersection of West Westfield Avenue and Columbus Place in violation of 39:4-67 (obstruction of traffic). As the driver repositioned the vehicle on the 100 block of Columbus Place, he then conducted a motor vehicle stop of the Chevrolet. The driver, Kenneth W. Pringles, age 47, of Belleville, was found to have an outstanding “no bail” warrant from Essex County.

Upon Pringles’ arrest, he was found to be in possession of suspected CDS marijuana. Pringles was charged with 2C:35-10A(4) (possession of marijuana); 39:4-67 (obstructing traffic) and 39:4-49.1 (possession of CDS in a motor vehicle).

Pringles was transported to Essex County Jail.
