On August 24, 2010 at about 4:48 a.m., Patrolman Kevin Florczak observed a gray Chevy with the vehicle’s driver side brake light not working in violation of 39:3-66. A motor vehicle stop on Galloping Hill Road at Ragland Drive resulted in the discovery of a clear and black glass pipe, containing suspected CDS marijuana residue.
David Wozniak was placed under arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia and released pending a municipal court hearing on September 2, 2010. He was also issued a summons for maintenance of lamps.
