On July 13, 2010 at approximately 01:17 a.m. in the morning, on the 100 block of Chestnut Street, officer Hussam Assad observed Jeffery M. Schwarz from Roselle Park, smoking a cigarette in front of Mulligans Pub. As patrolman Assad neared, Mr. Schwarz, for no apparent reason, became irate and began to yell obscenities and became disorderly causing a disturbance to the public. Several patrons from the bar were outside. Due to the late hour of night Mr. Schwarz was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. Mr. Schwarz was processed for 2C:33-2B, and released R.O.R. on pending Roselle Park Municipal Court on July 15, 2010.
