Library To Hold College Financial Aid Event

On Tuesday, November 16th, the Roselle Park Veterans Memorial Library will host “College Financial Aid: How to Get Your Fair Share” at 6:30 p.m.

The presenter, Garretson Financial, will help parents and students understand the financial aid process. The free presentation is offered to parents of high school students and will present a clearer understanding of the college financial aid process as well as explain facts vs. myths.
Among other topics covered will be explaining the college financial aid application process, showing how income affects aid eligibility, outlining which assets are taken into consideration when family contribution is calculated, and explaining the impact of parental and student assets on aid eligibility.

There will be time for questions during and after the presentation. Space is limited so please call or register on-line to reserve your seat.
