Roselle Park School District (RPSD) kindergarten registration for the 2018-19 school year will be held on Tuesday, April 24th at Roselle Park High School.
There will be two registration times. One in the morning from 8:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and another in the afternoon from 12:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
A registration packet which lists all requirements necessary to register a child can be found at the RPSD website (link) as well as at the end of this article.
Any child being registered for kindergarten in the school district must turn five-years-old by October 1, 2018.
Parents or guardians of children that are currently enrolled in the district’s pre-kindergarten program do not need to attend this registration.
Beginning May 1st, parents or guardians of students in the Roselle Park pre-k program should call the secretary of the school attended by their pre-k child in order to register him/her for kindergarten.
Any child in the Roselle Park Pre-K program who will not turn five by October 1st of this year but whose parent would like him/her to continue in the Pre-K program can call the secretary of the respective school inform the staff of any intent to have the student continue in the Pre-K program. Parents or guardians will be asked to update their medical and residency information at that time.
