Though no mention was made during last night’s Board Of Education (BOE) meeting, it was revealed tonight during the Roselle Park Library Board of Trustees meeting that James Salvo will be stepping down as the principal of Robert Gordon Elementary School.
Frances Kenny, the current Director of Curriculum, Instruction, Technology and Funded Programs and former Vice Principal of Academics at the Roselle Park High School (RPHS) will become the principal of Robert Gordon at the start of the 2012-2013 school year.
Mr. Salvo, who has been the school’s principal since the 2006-2007 school year, will replace Mrs. Kenny as the Director of Curriculum, Instruction, Technology and Funded Programs.
