On Thursday, October 6, 2011 at 12:06 a.m., Patrolman Mitchell White observed a gold Jeep Grand Cherokee complete an improper u-turn (39:4-125). An investigation led to the discovery of one (1) 30 milligram morphine pill – a Schedule II drug. The driver, James Draney, age 44 of Saddle Brook, NJ was placed under arrest and charged with 2C:35-10(a)(1) (possession of Schedule II drug) and 39:4-125 (improper u-turn). Mr. Draney was released pending a Union County Superior Court first appearance date of October 19, 2011.
