GPS Stolen From Vehicle

On July 16, 2010, patrolman Smith responded to the 500 block of Chestnut Street on the report of a theft. The victim stated he parked his car on W. Lincoln Ave and a black bag was taken from his vehicle. Inside the bag was a GPS device, sets of keys, and personal documents.
