Galloping Hill Road between East Lincoln Avenue/Magie Avenue and Westfield Avenue is now scheduled to be closed on or about August 12, 2010 for two (2) days for road resurfacing.
The road will be closed from approximately 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. each day (weather permitting). Access to residences, including deliveries and other services, in the work zone will be allowed as much as possible although parking will be prohibited on Galloping Hill Road during the operation of milling and paving.
Anyone with traffic questions related to this project should contact Union County Traffic Bureau at (908) 789-1489 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
The project manager for this project is listed as Union County Engineering with the contractor being Schifano Construction Corp. from Middlesex, NJ.
The previous closing was scheduled to happen on August 11th.
