Planet Dance will be offering a free adult barre class on Sunday, November 23rd, at 10 in the morning for anyone who donates a non-perishable item for the coming holiday season.
Most needed items are:
- Canned meats (tuna or chicken)
- Shelf-stable milk
- Pasta
- Rice
- Cereal
- Canned goods (soups, stews, etc.)
- Canned fruits
- Canned vegetables
- Peanut butter (plastic jars only)
No previous dance experience is required. Participants only need to be dressed comfortably – sock or bare feet are fine.
All donations can be dropped off now through Sunday and all accepted items will be packed and donated directly to the Community Food Bank of New Jersey (link), which is located in Hillside, where it will be distributed to pantries throughout the state.
