Five Arrested On Columbus Place For Marijuana Possession

On September 12, 2012, at 8:45 p.m., Roselle Park Police responded to a report of a dispute on Columbus Place and discovered five (5) individuals smoking suspected marijuana in a backyard. According to reports, police discovered a water bong-type pipe and a small amount of suspected marijuana. Patrolman Michael Bell arrested the 17-year-old resident of the house and the following adults for Possession of Marijuana:

  • Keith S. Di Stephano, age 29 of Fanwood
  • Heather D. Moreau, age 19 of Kenilworth
  • Angelica Lopez, age 18 of Roselle Park
  • Joshua Gonzalez, age 21 of Union

Mr. Gonzalez was also found to be a Wanted Person by the Union County Sheriff’s Department (UCSD) for active criminal warrants. He was released to UCSD on Thursday morning September 13th. The juvenile was released into custody of his mother and the other adults were released on with a summons to appear in Roselle Park Municipal Court.
