The borough’s first annual “Celebration of Color” Pride Month event on Saturday, June 2nd, from 5 p.m. until 10 o’clock at night at Roselle Park High School’s Herm Shaw Field.
LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning) advocacy and ally organizations are invited to participate in a family friendly event to celebrate family, equality, diversity, and community.
The “Celebration of Color” Pride Month event will include speakers, musical performances, entertainment, education stations from LGBTQ organizations, games, and the 1988 John Waters movie “Hairspray” along with free unlimited fun activities for all age groups.
