On September 11, 2011 at about 3:19 p.m., Patrolman Kevin Florczak observed a black Pontiac traveling eastbound on West Westfield Avenue in the area of Gordon Street. A check of the registration revealed the registered owner’s license was suspended. She was released pending a Union County Superior Court date on September 21, 2011.
