Roselle Park’s annual Easter Candy Hunt, sponsored by the Roselle Park Recreation committee, will be held at the Casano Community Center on Saturday, March 19th.
This is the first year that the event will be held at the community center after years of being at Acker Park.
The event, as always, will have the East Bunny there to pose with revelers. Parents and guardians are asked to bring their cameras to take pictures as well as baskets to collect candy.
The time for each group is listed below. Children can enjoy their hunt on the own with the exception of the pre-k group which may have parents accompany their children.

|11:25 a.m. - 11:50 a.m.||5 - 6 years old|
|11:50 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.||7 -8 years old|
|12:15 p.m. - 12:40 p.m.||9 - 10 years old|
|12:40 p.m. - 12:50 p.m.||11 - 12 years old|
|12:50 p.m. - 1 p.m.||13 years old and older|
There will be a craft time period for the younger groups after each of their candy hunt.
The rain date for the event is the following Saturday, March 26th.
The Casano Community Center is located at 314 Chestnut Street. There is plenty of free parking at the Michael Mauri Park at the corner of Grant Avenue and Chestnut Street.
