It has been confirmed with two sources that tonight’s Municipal Land Use Board (MLUB) meeting will not have a presentation hearing on its agenda.
The hearing on the Area In Need Of Redevelopment (ANR) along West Westfield Avenue that included the old Domani’s restaurant, Surgent’s Elite School of Gymnastics, DJ’s Limousine – among others – was originally scheduled for tonight. Currently, the only item on the agenda will be the memorializing of the MLUB resolution 2016-001 which was to approve the ANR.
The hearing for the proposed development has been tentatively postponed for two weeks until Monday, June 6th.
