On May 31, 2012, at 3:40 a.m., Patrolman Richard Gaylord stopped a 2004 Hyundai for traffic violations on the 100 block of Locust Street. The driver, Kristina Calogero, age 22 of Newark, was found to have a suspended license and several active warrants. Reportedly, she was also found to be in possession of a suspected marijuana smoking pipe. Calogero was processed at Roselle Park Police Department then released into custody of the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department.
