Disorderly Person Arrested On Columbus Place

On June 26, 2011 at 11:27 p.m., Patrolmen Edward Nortrup, Wartovinick Adamski, and John Deegan responded on a report of a male knocking on the door of a residence and hitting a vehicle in front of the property on the 100 block of Columbus Place.

Upon arrival, Patrolman Nortrup observed a Hispanic male on Columbus Place. The male, Daniel Analco-Alvarado, age 34 of Elizabeth, NJ stated that he was at the residence to see his girlfriend; Mr. Analco-Alvarado appeared to intoxicated.

The caller stated that she dated Mr. Analco-Alvarado three (3) years ago and only dated for six (6) months. The caller also stated she keeps in contact with him through text messages, but only as friends and she did not want him at her residence.

Mr. Analco-Alvarado became irate and disregarded the officers’ instructions to leave the area and remain calm. As a result he was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Mr. Analco-Alvarado was charged with 2C:33-2 (disorderly conduct) and released pending A Roselle Park Municipal Court date of June 30, 2011.
